Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns.
Prepaid orders are generally processed faster and receive priority dispatch.
Customers choosing Cash on Delivery (COD) must pay 35% of the total order value in advance at the time of placing the order.
OTP verification on the registered mobile number is mandatory before the order can be confirmed.
The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.
If the customer is unavailable during the first delivery attempt, the courier partner may attempt delivery again based on their service policy.
If the customer remains unavailable, refuses the order, provides incorrect contact information, or fails to pay the remaining balance upon delivery, the order may be cancelled and returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, the 35% advance payment will be treated as a processing and logistics charge and will not be refunded.
This policy helps prevent fraudulent orders and unnecessary shipping losses.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and shipment details will be sent via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available).

Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is opened until the product is fully inspected.
Claims related to damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective items may require photo and video evidence for verification.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may affect claim eligibility.
