Prepaid orders are processed on priority and generally dispatched faster.
Eligible prepaid orders may qualify for free shipping as per our current shipping policy.
Upon successful payment, customers will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).
Payments are securely processed through encrypted payment gateways.
Customers selecting Cash on Delivery (COD) must pay 35% of the total order value in advance at the time of placing the order.
OTP verification on the registered mobile number is mandatory before order confirmation.
Orders will only be processed after successful advance payment and OTP verification.
The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.
If the customer is unavailable during delivery, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery according to their service policy.
If the customer refuses the order, remains unavailable, provides incorrect contact information, or fails to pay the remaining balance at delivery, the order may be cancelled and returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, the 35% advance payment will be treated as a processing and logistics charge and will not be refunded.
This policy helps prevent fraudulent orders, unnecessary shipping losses, and misuse of COD services.
All online transactions are protected using industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways.
Deepa's Vasthraalayam does not store complete credit card, debit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or other sensitive payment information on its servers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the security of their own payment credentials and devices.
Once payment is successfully completed, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer's registered email address and/or mobile number.
Customers should review the order details immediately and contact us if any discrepancies are found.
Orders associated with failed, declined, incomplete, or unverified transactions may not be processed.
Deepa's Vasthraalayam reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or payment irregularities.
A digital invoice will be generated and shared after successful order confirmation.
Customers are advised to retain payment receipts and order confirmations for future reference.
For COD orders, proof of payment may be provided upon successful completion of the order.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method, bank processing times, and payment gateway procedures.
Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase unless otherwise required by law.
